At Ray’s Florist, we proudly offer same-day flower delivery across Sydney — including Silverwater, Parramatta, Ryde, Strathfield, Auburn, Lidcombe, Burwood, Concord, the Inner West, the Hills District, and the Greater Western Sydney region.

We work with a trusted network of professional couriers to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, on time, and beautifully presented. From birthdays and anniversaries to heartfelt farewells, we’re here to make sure your arrangement reaches its destination with care.

Delivery Information

  • Same day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed by 11am AEST, and by 8:00am AEST on Saturdays.
  • Deliveries are made between 6am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • We do not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed on those days will be delivered on the next available business day.
  • While we always aim to accommodate delivery time requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Funeral orders are delivered 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the scheduled service time to ensure a timely and respectful setup

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Orders are dispatched only once full payment has been received.
  • Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. We are not able to offer refunds or re-deliveries for incorrect addresses unless a new order is placed.
  • If an address is incorrect and the order is returned, redelivery will be charged at full cost.
  • While we take great care in packaging and handling, Ray’s Florist is not liable for delays or damage caused during transit by third-party couriers. Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • We offer complimentary easel and pedestal hire for funeral arrangements. Please leave all hired items at the service location so our driver can collect them afterward.

Product Substitution Policy

  • Flower varieties and colours may vary depending on seasonality and availability.
  • In the rare case an item in your hamper or container is unavailable, we will substitute it with a product of equal or higher value while preserving the original style and purpose of the arrangement.
  • This applies especially for deliveries to regional or interstate areas, where exact matches may not always be available.
