Gladesville is a suburb located approximately 12 kilometers north-west of Sydney's Central Business District, positioned within both the City of Ryde and Municipality of Hunters Hill. It is bordered by Putney to the west, Hunters Hill to the northeast, Drummoyne to the south across the Parramatta River, and Ryde to the northwest.
As of the 2021 Census, Gladesville had a population of approximately 12,000 residents, known for its historic character and riverside setting.
